Ok, I've finished listening to them all. I'd prefer to reserve my opinion until I've heard the whole album.

Do you block Flash? I use a Flash player. Can you listen to the samples on the front page?

Negative, pretty sure it isn't blocking flash either. The samples work at times and others not :S I'll tamper with it

These samples are great :D
What's great is that giutars, drums and even vocals partially sound like on IFTOS (i mean that rather rough sound as opposed to for exemple very clean sound on A Twist...)

Nice to hear samples of all the songs, even if you can never draw any large conclusions from such short bits. From the little I could hear I think the strongest part of the album will be the end since the four last samples caught my attention the most. But it seems very varied so I have high hopes that this will be another album that feels fresh for a long time and where my favorite song of the album will constantly change.

One listen is enough though. Now it's back to waiting for the actual album.

I bet the Wheel of Time sample is not taken from the good part of the song :P. Where are the trumpets!
Now I'm riding through the air
Going to where no one dares
On the way I cross the line forevermore.
For once in life, I do not care
Nothing matters, now I dare
On the ride I'll cross the line
Forever to be free

Does anyone else feel that Hansi's voice sounds better than ever? He's got a combination of IftOS's harshness and ANATO's high notes in this album! So amazing!
I can't think of anything clever to put here.

A few years back I desperately wanted to see a movie called "A History of Violence". I watched every single clip I could find, read every review and every interview I could find. When I finally watched the movie, I was badly disappointed, because there was *nothing* new. I will never make that mistake again...

This is how I felt. I knew it was all official and whatnot, so the band probably wanted the fans to actually listen to it and didn't give away too much. The samples are incredible.

We could certainly do that. Can one of you take the album cover and then put all the samples as audio and send me the video? Then I would upload it.

Ride Into Obsession and Wheel Of Time are going to kill !!

First thought about Valkyries chorus , don't like it , but might change when I listen to the entire song :D

The guitars and vocals in Control The Divine are pure genius. This entire album is probably going to be my number one metal album of all time.
I can't think of anything clever to put here.

What appears to be the wheel of time's chorus is great , but the Valkyries one is not what I expected it will be , but maybe the song is kick-ass .. we've got the first part of Road of no release chorus witch is appearing to be great too ..

4 choruses (including Sacred Worlds) of 8 songs , we're not too much spoiled :D

These are going to be awesome! My quick review:

Sacred Worlds sounds much more complex and interesting then the original version.
Tanelorn has the old Blind Guardian style with really aggressive and emotion-full elements and interesting lyrics.
Road Of No Release reminds of IftOS and ANatO, really interesting screams and melody.
Curse My Name has a really medieval epic feeling to it. Has some elements of NiME too I think.
I'm not sure about Valkyries, the 30 sec. are not enough to judge it yet. Reminds of ATiTM though.
Control the Divine is going to be really interesting. The lyrical theme is brilliant for a BG song.
Wheel of time is definitely going to be one of the most epic songs.
I think this song defines the album; it has some elements of all songs I think.

Can't wait until July the 30th.
What started in the underworld,
It should be finished here and now.

I mean Voice in the Dark is a great single and now each of these samples IS extremely varied and seems to take the best from each BG album..... I can't wait......
